The weather today has been weird! Sleet this morning and 1-2 inches of snow supposedly tonight.
I'll start with yesterday... Erin and I met up at Aladdin for some falafel and some exercise after.

Exercise turned into walking the length of the local outdoor shopping mall with a little bit of yogurt mixed in. I got the mango sorbet yogurt with granola and a few strawberries. So good! You'd think on the cusp of an ice storm we wouldn't want fro yo, but it was perfect.
Now, I'm bundled up at my parents house for a little bit making Smoky Oats. Recipe later!
